• Arrange and undertake inspections for a range of suitable properties.
• Work with you to review a shortlist of properties to identify the best option.
• Advise on all property issues.
• Use our skill and market knowledge to negotiate and secure the best possible deal.
• Prepare Heads of Terms.
• Liaise with solicitors and monitor the transaction. We will keep you fully advised up to completion of the deal.
